Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy:

We do not have any refund policy, but do not worry, We have a 7-day product replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. We'll immediately replace your old product with a new product in just 3-5 working days.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must send us a short video of the product showing the issues you face with the product and an image of an invoice and provide us with your order details (name, phone number, address, etc.), which will act as a proof of purchase that you bought the item from and you are one of our existing customers.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at If your replacement is accepted, we’ll arrange a pickup of the old item from your doorstep in the next 1-2 working days, and you will receive a new item in the next 3-5 days at your doorstep.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Invalid reasons
