1) Where is your company located & where do you ship from?

We are based in Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

Shipping destinations:

  • We Ship Throughout India

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over 500 INR will have free shipping.
  • Orders under 500 INR will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.The full  price will be displayed at checkout. 

2) How can I pay?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via r Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking.
  • Cash on Delivery is available in almost all Pin codes.

3) Returns and Refunds

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% replacement.
  • Currently we don't have any refund policy, but don't worry, we have a 7-days Replacement Policy, since the day item was received.
  • For replacement, please email us at support@kartbees.com with the subject 'Replacement' and include your order number, name and the reason for the replacement.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the replacement.

    4) I have placed the order, how long will it take for my items to arrive?

    Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method - we will ship your package within 2 business days.

    Once you have placed the order, you will receive a verification call from our executive within the next 24 hours, after which It will take 2-4 working days for your item to arrive

    6) How can I track my order?

    Once the order has been placed and our executive has verified your order, within the next 12 hours you will receive a tracking number for your order.

    7) How can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on  8591998309/8446283941 or email us your order number at Support@kartbees.com (NOTE:  Contact us within 6 hours if you wish to cancel your order)
